ScaleIT is the platform developed by ScaleIT Capital, advisory firm specialized in supporting the scaling and internationalization of the best scaleups from Italy and Southeast Europe.

Our company has developed a scaleups program that annually selects, prepares, and presents the best digital and software scaleups from Italy and Southeast Europe to international VC funds, with the purpose of raising 3-30 million € to expand globally.

Our approach in supporting innovation and business development in the scaleups ecosystem is a year-round commitment. With this goal in mind, we also offer highly focused and time efficient platform services and a growing number of corporate advisory products in the open innovation field.

Founder of ScaleIT Capital and Senior Advisor @ LVenture Group. Previously Founder & MD of the angel group Italian Angels for Growth (15M€+ invested in 30+ companies). Invested in 24 startups internationally - i.e. Musement (sold to TUI Group), Winmedical (sold to AB Medica), Senseor (sold to Wika AG), Spreaker (merged into Voxnest), Gipstech, Agroils, Angiodroid, Biogenera. Prior to IAG was VP Marketing @ Gialloviaggi.it and Stage Entertainment and Manager @ Iveco. Graduated with honor in Economics at the University of Florence. Executive education @ Stanford and Cranfield.

Invested in 17 Startups internationally - i.e. Restopolis (sold to Tripadvisor), Nfon (listed at DAX), Prestiamoci, Growish, Drexcode, Insurengines, MoneyMour, Coverholder. Prior to Earlybird participated, with senior roles, in the start up of: Vodafone It, Fastweb and Hansenet Germany (sold to Telefonica). Degree Ms equivalent in Engineering.

Active member of U-Start, a major European Investment Club. Acts as mentor & coach for B!Ventures and IMPACT, a leading european accelerator. In 1999 invested as business angel and co-founder in Buongiorno!, soon after, he took the role of Head of the Business Development and International Expansion. After his business and economics graduation, spent a dozen years with leading FMCG Companies – Unilever, Barilla, Bolton – reaching VP responsibilities in Marketing and Sales.

Master degree in Marketing & Communication @ Publitalia ’80.
